2. order By placing an order, our terms and conditions are automatically accepted by the customer. In the event of subsequent requests for changes or cancellation of the order, any costs incurred shall be borne by the customer. The offers on rubydays.ch are not binding. An order is only valid after the order confirmation. The availability of the products by our suppliers remains reserved.

3. prices and payment All prices of Rubydays are in Swiss Francs (CHF). Rubydays.ch is a sole proprietorship and due to its size not subject to VAT, therefore no VAT will be shown on the invoices. The buyer is obliged to transfer the purchase price according to the order confirmation and payment information within 14 days to the specified postal account of RubyDays. If the payment is not made within the above mentioned period, the order will be deleted and the items will be offered for sale in the store again. Shipping costs are not included in the prices, they will be listed separately on the invoices. The customer can choose between the following two payment methods: -Paypal -Payment in advance

4. delivery The delivery is made by the Swiss Post within Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein and takes 5 -7 working days. Orders are usually only delivered in full. Any delays in delivery will be communicated to the customer as soon as possible. RubyDays cannot be held responsible for any non-fulfillment or delay in fulfillment if it is due to force majeure or delivery problems of the manufacturer/supplier. The delivery will be made by Swiss Post at the expense and risk of the customer.

5. return and exchange If the customer has received goods with obvious defects or a wrong delivery, he has to contact Rubydays as soon as possible, at the latest after 5 working days, to clarify the further procedure. Return shipments can be accepted only after prior agreement. Especially for hygiene items a return is excluded for understandable reasons. The return of the goods must be in the original packaging, with all accessories. The return is at the expense and risk of the customer.

6. reservation of proprietary rights Ordered products remain property of rubydays.ch until full payment to RubyDays.

7. place of jurisdiction and applicable law Place of jurisdiction is the court for Lugano
